What a quality experience I had recently with Todd and Kelly at Trusted First. Interesting in that they never shipped the car because my plans changed. I was frustrated with another carrier which had caused delay after delay, etc. and canceled their order. placed order on Uship and Todd responded very quickly. When I followed up on the phone, Kelly was very courteous and took all the information; Todd called me back that afternoon and emailed paperwork immediately. I could tell he was very concerned about his business and that he was busy, but still he took the time to explain how the transport business really worked. I can tell that Trusted First actually cares about their customers! I even offered to pay a cancellation fee and Todd said to not even worry about it, that he was just glad I got my car needs all worked out! unheard of, right? i hope to work with them on a different transport in the future.
