I hope they read this, their customer service is poor. They promise 72 turn around and offer excuses when the time has elapsed. I send e-mails, they do not respond. You ask to speak to customer service and you are told that they will give you the same answer. I am waiting foir a promised PU on Monday 23 March and a delivery 25 March. A similar promise was made 3/19/2009 and the driver never showed up. I an ex USAF and recommend all Armed Services Personnel contact the "Col" before you contract with this organization.
