Horrible experience

I purchased my dream car. I hired Travelers Auto Transport to transport it from CA to TN. After 2 trucks were scheduled by Johnny and never showed, the seller changed his mind and kept the vehicle. This was 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for my deposit back. I never give bad reviews, but this experience was the worst. Please give me my money back!

Hi Todd, sorry the transport didn't work out. It looks like 2 different trucks were dispatched out and unfortunately both had mechanical issues. These things are completely out of our control. We offered to send another truck and at that time you declined. Again sorry for the inconvenience Todd we did everything we could to get the vehicle picked up.
