They told me the car should arrive during the weekend. Comes Monday no car. So I call them and leave a message and email (no response). After finally getting back apparently the drivers truck broke down and promised to come within a few days. Wednesday I call (delivery date) and truck is still broken down but promised soon. Car gets delivered that weekend. But with the hood damaged and missing a headlight. Car was from a Copart auction car but it was night and day from auction pictures. I come up and pull my phone out to look at the pictures from before and after to compare. Before I even have the chance he asks, "looking for pictures of how it looked like before?" That made me more suspicious so I nod yes. After looking at the car its night and day from auction pictures. I told the driver the car is missing parts and more damaged than the pictures and that I wanted to call the broker, driver starts screaming profanities and waving his arms around getting awfully close to me, threatening me that he can kick my ass. I call broker and no response (because weekend). Driver then says that I can pick up the car 100 miles away at his yard and takes off without unloading it. Broker calls back and I explain the situation. Good thing was the broker was able to call the driver back and told me to just accept delivery and that he would take care of it during the weekday because the office is closed. Driver comes back again trying to start a fight. I told him the reasons I was suspicious and he starts screaming at me again. I told him I'm not going to say anything and just take delivery (trusting the broker). Battery was dead and instead of jumping it he just rolls it off the truck and says "I should start it for you but I'm not going to" and then just leaves with a dead car in a high traffic area and no parking zone. I had to swap batteries from my other car to start it and move it. Comes Monday and no response from the broker. A week passes and no response. I reached out via email and called (no response). Its been a week since.

Mark, sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service. We try our hardest to ensure the customer has a great experience. Unfortunately in this case the carriers truck broke down which in completely out of our control and can happen from time to time. Our dispatch division spoke to you and explained this and you understood. In regards to the damage, the vehicle was damaged prior to pickup. The vehicle was at a copart and all the damage refelcts the same on the bill of lading prior to pickup and drop off. The argument that pursued is also out of our control. The driver felt as he was being accused by you that he damaged the vehicle and did not want to continue arguing so he left. We were able to calm the situiation down and have the driver return to deliver the vehicle. We again apologize for any inconvenience this caused but is in no way a reflection of how we conduct our business. Thank You
