We did our job and for this we get neg feedback and a disputed charge. This Customer Disputed his charge 2X and lost. Lets See if the banks agree that we did a great job and did everything we said then what could be the problem. This is the trucking industry not everything goes to plan. It clearly states in our Shipping Order Agreement that fuel may rise in some states and your may be charged for it. We price all of our loads near .40 Cents Per Mile and if gas goes up the trucker has to pay for it.
