We were contacted by what seemed to be a cordial reoresentative named Stan who explained how our car would most assuredly be picked up on time by one of this companies new Peterbuilt trucks.I thought this man was honest,sincere and there to help me get this car to Kentucky from Nevada in a timely manner....How stupid and foolish I now feel.If I had taken the time and effort to review the performance of this outfit on this site I would not be in the spot I now am.The car was to be picked up on June 4,2010,they called and said it would probably be the 3rd.June 3 and 4 come and go, on the 5th we call and eventually get a person that says their truck is down for a couple of days with mechanical problems,2 days pass and still no truck,On our next contact(not easy to get in touch with these folks)we are told they are looking for a contract carrier.finally they call to say there is one in Nevada to handle this car.the next day they call to say they have indeed found a truck to haul our car,but it will now cost an additional $200. bucks.We inform the contact that we have a contract ed amount of $1000. and now wish to cancel this agreement and would they please return our deposit.This occured on June 6,2010...as of June 29,2010 still no refund....I would prefer to push this car across the country instead of even talking to these people...We did contact another company that was able to pick the car up on 6 11 10 and had it in Ky on 6 15 10..I strongly advise that you avoid Transport services like the plague!!
