Absolutely Horrible Service

Issue 1: Transport Svcs doesn't honor the word of their company representatives

I began the process with this company well over a month ahead of my shipment date. They offered me the option to leave items in my vehicle, even after I questioned whether I could ship with items in the car. When the carrier at the port refused to take the car with the items, I was stuck with the additional cost of mailing the items.

Issue 2: Transport Svcs has no viable means to resolve emergency issues during shipment

They have no reliable way to contact anyone at the company if there's a problem with your shipment. I was notified the evening before my scheduled pickup that the carrier wasn't coming. The number I was given to call was an answering service who just took messages and couldn't help me. I was never able to reach anyone helpful. I was forced to just deal with the fact that they weren't coming as scheduled.

Issue 3: Transport Svcs has horrid customer service

I was told several times that I would recieve a return call while trying to resolve my many issues with this shipment. They never, NEVER returned a call with information about my shipment! When I did call, if I was able to get someone to answer, I was blatently dismissed by the person on the line with yet another empty promise to call me with information. I wasn't told when/if my vehicle shipped, when to expect delivery, or what happened to the left items inside (see 1 above). They were totally disinterested in anything except getting their payment from me. I would recommend using ANY other company than Transport Services! They made the already stressfull task of moving overseas, that much more stressful.

This is a second repost because as soon as Transport Services saw the negative review, they contacted this company and told them I wasn't a customer...a complete lie!! I've since sent documents to Transport Reviews (twice) confirming that I was a customer. Since I've yet to hear from them, I decided to repost again.

AGAIN, BEWARE OF THIS COMPAY!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!
