Said they own their trucks-they don't. Put my car up for bid like the rest of the companies but pretended they could guarantee pickup. They don't. confused their name with a company I was planning to us and they took another credit card payment, Refused to give a refund after the mistake was acknowledged. I have filed a complaint with the State's Attorney and BBB. I will follow up under Fl. deceptive practice statute.
