Dishonest and Horrible Customer Service

Order was placed on January 29th with pick up one Feb 3rd and delivery for Febuary 6th-7th. Weather conditions initially delayed these dates. NO contact was made to inform us of this change. Throughout the entire process i was rarely updated, the only time updates were recieved was from our calling and sending emails. The weather problems ended by the the 7th. After sending numerous emails we recieved notification the truck was to be picked up by the 12th as "worst case scenario" stated by Wendy. The driver then made contact and stated he did not have his own truck and the one he was supposed to borrow has had mechanical problems. The information provided by Transportation Services wasnt even the correct information for the driver. After several phone calls i received email from Cassey apologizing on behalf of the company. And told the order was now top prioity. The truck was eventually picked up on Friday Febuary 19th and delivered Tuesday Febuary 23rd. At the start the company returned all the calls and emails within a timely fashion, but as problems arose customer service was lost. Cassey told us that even though the company could broker the orders out that this would not be done since they also had a fleet of company trucks for the east coast. This proved invalid after i was told 2 weeks after initial pickup that it was a hard route and a driver could not be found to pickup the location. Upon delivery we received a $75 fuel surchage for the service. We did not have to pay this charge and allowed this conflict to be taken care of between Transport Services and the driver. The driver upon arrival told us he found the listing on the dispatch board and was not a company driver. I am happy with the fact that the truck is now in my possesion in the original state that it was picked up, but am very angry with the lack of communication and time management the company provided. After the untimely delays and multiple lies that Transportaion Servies provided i will not use them again, nor will i recommend them to any future clients.


THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW ON THIS COMPANY SINCE THEY NOW CLAIM I WAS NOT A CUSTOMER, DUE TO THE HORRIBLE SERVICE I RECIEVED
