Damaged Car/No Insurance

Car was damaged during transit. Estimate to repair is $1,878. Transport Services had a carrier pick up the car. Carrier is not insured for any damage less than $2,000. Carrier's insurance company was contacted and said carrier has no insurance. Tranport Services was supposed to supply an insured carrier. Salesperson from Transport Services said they only used carriers that the owner had a "personal relationship" with. However, they now say they will never use the carrier they sent to me. I posted a review 6 weeks after initial damage and Transport Services said if the review was taken off they would correct the problem in 2 weeks. I am still waiting for resolution. Bottom line, they sent a carrier with no iinsurance for claims less than $2,000 and the carrier did $1,878 worth of damage to my car.

JANE WE FIRST WANT TO START OF BY APOLOGIZE FOR EVERYTHING THAT HAPPEN. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION FOR A MONTH NOW WE HAVE ALREADY REFUNDED JANE HER MONEY BACK AND OFFERED HER TO SEND THE CAR TO THE BODY SHOP TO REPAIR ANY DAMAGES. WE HAVE ALREADY TOOK MONEY OUT OF OUR POCKET TO HELP HER FIX THE CAR, WE TRY TO MAKE EVERY CUSTOMER HAPPY BUT SOME TIMES IT IS HARD TO PLEASE EVERYONE. ONCE AGAIN WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE MANAGEMENT
