This company was a lifesaver for me. I had a contract with another transport company who was unable to obtain a transport for me even though I had contracted with them 30 days in advance . I called Transport Luxury Auto, in desperation, on a Friday morning ( which was , by the way , the day that the company I had previously contracted with was SUPPOSED to pick up my vehicle ) and my vehicle was picked up the next day . The quoted delivery day was no later than the following Thursday and my vehicle was actually delivered that Tuesday. The sales rep Alex Bernson really set my mind at ease and got back to me immediately regarding the scheduling of it all . I was really worried about being able to get the vehicle delivered to my daughter in college, across the country , by the end of the next week as her schedule was really tight in regards of when she would be available to receive the vehicle . Alex was so reassuring and so professional yet personable , I was able to breath a sigh of relief knowing he was working for me ! Not only did the car get delivered early , the driver dropped it off right on campus at my daughters college so she didn't need to find transportation to the drop off sight ( as she had to do with the previous transport company we had used ) . Highly satisfied with this company and sales rep ! Thanks, Alex !
