COMPANY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK! We called Oct 11th and requested transport from Vermont to Texas and needed the car quickly. Rene Bloch suggested we use the Economy service at $655.00 as they had trucks going that route "all the time" and said they would try to pick up Monday or Tuesday. He kept us on the phone while we paid the $180 deposit. We tried repeatedly for 4 days to get someone on the phone for an update. Finally, Lynne said that they rarely had trucks using that route. They didn't call us back until we mentioned contacting the DOT. Still no refund - had to fly up and drive the car back myself. Dustin says he will talk to Accounting and call us back. No response.
