When the company picked up my vehicle on 8/11 the guy was on time just barely spoke English, I believe he was Russian so anything I asked him was answered to the best of his knowledge but it was difficult to communicate with him. On 8/21, they called me letting me know my car was arriving the following day in the afternoon. On 8/22 at 2:02 was when Didyk called me and told me they were in Virginia Beach and they would be there (Hampton, VA) in 30 minutes. I verified the drop off address, which wasn't the correct one. NO surprise, the primary guy Jeffrey Miller that worked for the UAAT Company was not dependable. I told Didyk the address. He said okay. At 2:41, they were lost. He asked me where to go. I just moved here...so I had no clue. He said the address was not being found on their GPS. I told him I do not understand why it wouldn't be its an apartment complex. He asked if I could meet him at a large area or a store. I said no because I wasn't going to pay the full amount and WALK to the nearest department store. Therefore, he said he would try again. I felt so bad because Jeffrey Miller from UAAT Company said he changed the drop off address on the paperwork, which I emailed him! Please read my review of them UAAT, United American Auto Transport under my name Alexis Ingram to understand what happened. Didyk called again at 2:45, and then 2:52 asked if I could text him the address. Maybe 15-20 minutes later, they pulled into the street and I run out, apologized, and told him that I changed the address and clearly, the company that sent them out did not know how to pass on much needed information. They completely understood. They got my car out of the carrier and we exchanged the $925 for my keys, and I left with my car (so dirty), but NOTHING was physically wrong. I would use this company again solely because Jeffrey Miller didn't really give them a chance to prove that they are a good company. If he did his job and made sure the address was changed, I do believe they would not have taken nearly an hour and 30 minutes to find my location. I'm a new resident and couldn’t help them locate me unfortunately from their starting point. I don't expect carriers to know all locations just because it’s their profession to drive. However, I won't this company if they are attached to UAAT.
