1st let me say the car arrived fine. Now having said that, I needed the car by 5/31/11 at the latest and made that very clear to Bill. I was willing to have the car pick-up at ANYTIME during the month of may.Bill assured me that was no problem, so I gave him a deposit and he sent me the contract and the phone number for Edgar, the driver. I tried for over a week to ctch Edgar.. he never answered his phone and his voice mail was full and wouldn't even take a message from me! This somehow all became my fault..and the car wasn't pickup til 5/28 and arrived 6/4. I had to rent a car costing me over$200 due to the delay..and Bill's language via phone was deplorable and offensive..blaming his driver, telling me that anything within 7 days of 5/31 was per contract...but here's the deal....I stated very clearly I NEEDED THE CAR BY 5/31..and it was his error in not adjusting the dates to reflect that!!!! Yet, he blamed everyone else...bad mouthing Edgar, Edgar's father, me, the business, the traffic, the sun and the moon! This was a very stressful transaction for me and my family not to mention costly! Call someone else and do yourself a favor by avoiding Bill Avrich.

Ayn Leblanc is the proverbial customer that cannot ever be pleased. While she candidly admits that her car arrived in fine condition, she complains that her vehicle was delivered a few days later than expected. There were no guarantees on an exact delivery date, which would've been unfeasible in the sense that auto transport carriers do not operate within the precise timeframes of limousine services. Rather, she was given approximate time windows for both pickup and delivery, which she agreed to before placing her order. It was only after her vehicle was picked up (at a substantially discounted price, I might add) that Ayn imposed a deadline of 5/31. Her desired deadline date was not met because the carrier was running several days behind due to unforeseeable mechanical issues with his truck. No one's fault...it happens now and then in this business. How ironic that she was suddenly unreachable when my driver Edgar arrived, requiring that her vehicle be stored (at Edgar's expense) at a towing facility. She also neglected to mention that Edgar went above and beyond the norm by fully reimbursing her car rental costs, though he was not legally obliged to do so. Finally, in her own unique melodramatic fashion, Ayn rants that I blamed her transport delay on everyone and everything, including the sun and the moon...hmmm...what about the planets and stars? Perhaps they too, were at fault? This is a prime example of an individual who was unrealistic in her expectations of the auto transport process, and unwilling to show even the slightest degree of flexibility and gratitude for the excellent services that were provided.
