My car was picked up on time and dropped off on time. Price was reasonable, and nothing unexpected happened. Communication between me and the broker and driver was great throughout the process with multiple calls on delivery and drop days, so I knew exactly when they were coming.

Bill explained to me exactly how this industry works and based on my experience talking to other brokers and my driver, everything he said was correct. He's a trustworthy person and he represents good drivers.
