I was totally clueless when it came to having a car transported. Bill "held" my hand during the entire process and make it very easy. He not only arranged for transport but assisted me when I was out of state and the carrier wanted to pick the car up much earlier than anticipated. The car was picked up 1 day before the original scheduled date which was great and arrived earlier than I anticipated since it was headed into the snow storms along the eastern section of the United States. We would definitely use Bill again should the need arise.
