I had a terrific experience with this company, specifically with the President, Bill Avrich. I had initially placed a deposit with another transport broker early in January, after receiving five or six quotes through an online quote website. I went with the lowest quote, but only after reading all the contract information regarding insurance, refundable deposit, several customer reviews that were quite good, etc. However, not knowing how these things work, I didn't realize that the low quote did not represent that there was actually a carrier lined up to transport my car- it might have been the lowest quote but it didn't mean anything because after two weeks I still hadn't been given a pick up day. I went back online and happened across Transport Connection, and requested an online quote. Within an hour I got a call directly from Bill Avrich, who was very savvy about how the transport business works and could explain why my car hadn't moved yet. I signed the contract agreement that day, along with a deposit, and before the day was over I had a carrier and a pickup date- just two days away. My son took delivery of the car this afternoon, at his military base in California, and was thrilled to finally have it in his possession again. I definitely recommend this company- owner is straightforward and a man of his word.
