After I'd been working with a couple of other transport brokers, Bill called and said he could get someone soon and at a lesser price than I'd been quoted before. Since I had dealt with others and nothing very good had happened, I was a bit skeptical. But, the next day (Saturday) Bill came through - like he said. He had a couple ready to pick the car up on Monday and deliver it on Tuesday. I talked with Jim and Tracy of Lightning J Transport and made the arrangements for pick-up and delivery. We had a nice conversation. On Monday, right on time, they called to say the car was loaded and they were headed out. Tuesday, again, right on time, I met them at the Boulder Hyundai dealer and we rolled the car off. Tracy and Jim/Lightning J Transport were easy to work with, knew what they were doing, and always kept me appraised of what was happening. Bill Avrich/Transport Connection came through as promised. The whole process was easy and straight-forward. A good move for our car with a bad engine!
