I placed the order 6/17, Bill told me I would have a transporter by Monday. Three minutes later he called back he had one coming in 2 hours. My car would arrive in Oklahoma on Monday. Bill called me back late the night off the 17th after I had emailed him a thank you to make sure every thing was ok.
My car was dropped off less than 24 hours after it left Indiana, 16 hours early. He told me the truth and stuck with me until it was taken care of.
As a Military Mom, in a support group with Moms who tell nightmarish tales of their military kids vehicles transports, I will be singing his praises high, long and loud.
My car arrived in Oklahoma exactly as I left it in Indiana.
