Bill Avich at Transport Connections is 5 Stars all the way. He is very experienced at it job and it shows. The two words that come to my mind when I think about Bill are honesty and integrity. I highly recommend saving your time and using Bill at Transport Connections. I bought a 2013 Toyota Tundra from Texas and had it shipped to my home in Washington. I hired a company that took my money up front and made promises they couldn't keep. They consistently gave me the run around and would dodge my calls when I would phone to check the status of my vehicle. You see, this was the first time I had shipped a vehicle, and so I was naive to the on goings of the transport business. I was just amassing quotes and went with a company that I thought had a reasonable price. There is a lot of fraudulence in this industry. When I say that, I mean companies write their own false reviews on their websites and claim how great they are. After Auto Star transport failed to even get my vehicle moved from San Antonio for two weeks, and gave me the run around time and time again, I had to look elsewhere. This time I did my due diligence, dove into research and found reputable collections of transport reviews. Three really stood out to me, so I decided to leave it to fate to decide. I decided whomever was the most prompt in calling me back would be the one that I would go with. The person that called me back the quickest was Bill Avich at Transport Connections. I told him what had gone on with Auto Star, and he told me that he does not subscribe to lowering his standards and that he takes great pride in running a reputable business that gets people their cars on time. He was a huge advocate for me, since I was new to the game. He contacted the company, fired them, got me my full refund, and took me on as his customer. Bill got me a transporter, and my truck was here within 5 days. Bill would always check in with me via a call during the process, whereas the other company would consistently dodge my calls! He was always honest and upfront with me from the start of the whole process. You can tell Bill has been doing this for a long time because it shows in his competence and professionalism. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again, I will without a doubt be using Bill Avich at Transport Connections. Thanks Bill, you're the best.
