Bill was friendly and helpful. His newsletter explained the whole transport process, which can be daunting if you have never done this.
He explained all the pros and cons. Also , the car was inoperable and he did not view it as a problem, rather a challege. He answered the phone each time I called ( a rarity these days).
The car arrived as expected with friendly drivers. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Bill's services !!
I find his follow up very refreshing, as this is a quality that seems to have fallen by the way side.
