Great and HONEST service

There are endless people out there who will send you a quote and promise you the stars. At the end of the day you would like your car shipped safely and honestly at a reasonable price. ...and this is exactly why I like dealing with Bill. Yes, he is a bit gruff at times. - ) If you are looking for a flowery conversation, call a sales person. Bill knows this business and deals with his customers in a straightforward and honest manner. He owns the company and the buck stops with Bill.

One last note, Bill has always been polite and professional with both my wife and I. He does not always say what you want to hear. " Do you have a plan B for pick-up and delivery" as an example. Others will not ask you these questions, because they are salespeople rather than car haulers. Bill knows this business. Listen to him and you will have a simple and straightforward vehicle move.
