This is the first time I had ever had to ship a car. Bill took the time to explain to me the process of how a car gets moved. He kept me informed every step of the way. He personally returned my phone calls ( even on Sunday). He worked hard and got the car moved in a timely manner for a fair price. Bill really eased my anxiety. I felt like he had my best interests at heart and was honest .
