I hired Bill Avrich to handle the transport of my daughter's car from college back home to Seattle and boy, am I glad I did.. Bill was a straight shooter from the time we first spoke on the phone and helped me navigate a difficult situation. The original driver could not get his truck close enough to my daughter's apartment (couldn't figure out why because her apartment is on a main street near the Port of Savannah that has tremendous truck traffic). It appears that the driver got lost and wanted my daughter's college roommate to drive the car to where is was stuck. I said no and Bill supported my decision. The truck driver declined the job by hanging up on our three way call. Bill jumped into action and found another driver who had no problem picking up the car at my daughter's apartment two days later. The delivery was easy and on time, the car was in good shape and the new driver, Serge, could not have been nicer or more professional. My hat is off to Bill for making all this happen as he truly advocated for me and my situation from the beginning to the end. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.
