I had never shipped a vehicle before so I certainly got an education on how it works. I didn't know quite where to start so I did a google search. WOW that was an eye opener, thousands upon thousands to choose from, where to start? So I basically found a site for multiple quotes, put in the information and waited for the reply. My e-mail blew up with hundreds of quotes and the phone started ringing. Each one saying they're better than the others. I realized quickly that I had to do some research to ensure I used the best Broker with the best reputation. Since I had gotten so many quotes, I averaged them out and searched their reviews on the TransportReview.com site. If the Broker had less than a 4 start rating, I disqualified them. That left me with about 4 or 5 Brokers. My next criteria was to not so much look at their good reviews, but their negative reviews. Which narrowed my search down to just one Broker and that was Transport Connection.

Bill was great in explaining the process and keeping me informed on what was happening with my bid. It took a couple of days to find a transporter simply because my vehicle was going to an out of the way area. Bill made sure that the transporter had a good reputation as well as good equipment. I appreciated that! Bill then explained that the transporter would call to set up the pick up and when that call didn't come, I called Bill. Within minutes Bill had the transporter on the line and the time set for my pick up.

If I ever have to ship a vehicle again, I now know exactly who to turn to! If you're looking for a broker to ship your vehicle, forget all the others and use Transport Connection....they are the best!
