Bill was knowledgeable and quick to respond to my inquiries. He explained anything that I needed to know to be comfortable and sure that this job would be done. His estimate was on the ball and more than fair. When speaking to him I didn't get the feeling that I was talking to an illegal immigrant in a boiler room situation like many of the other brokers that contacted me when I needed a quote. I would refer all possible business to Bill in the future. Keep it up, man!
