Amazingly great experience

I was really nervous about shipping my car because of several horror stories I had heard and read about, but my experience with Transport Connection was terrific! Bill was really patient about explaining the whole process to me and answering all my questions. He told me what to expect and he was right on target. I felt he was really up front, direct, helpful and honest. When I had a question later he responded right away. He connected with a carrier that he had used before and put me on a conference call with both of them (him and the carrier) to finalize the arrangements. Everything went smoothly and both Bill and the carrier were available to answer any other questions that arose. One of the things I appreciated most was that they were both up front with me and did not promise anything they couldn't deliver. I also appreciated their availability and responsiveness to my communications with them. They were even able to make a last minute change to the delivery address and the driver was also very nice and polite. I would definitely go through Transport Connections again if I ever needed to transport a vehicle.
