Bill explained brilliantly the nuances of this unique industry. He was very helpful, delivered on what he said, was always prompt in his replies, etc. The only mishap was the carrier had mechanical issues that caused a delay, but it was still within a window of time that we discussed. It happens and we were not overly bothered by it. They were responsive in letting us know what was going on, revised timeline, etc. I recommend Bill - this was my first time transporting a car and we will be a return customer.
