Bottom line: my vehicle was delivered on time at the price quoted by Bill and his service was great.
I requested quotes from Transport Reviews and another website. The quotes were all over the place. I selected Transport Connect after the reviews, especially some of the negative reviews. What I learned from those reviews was that Bill was a straight shooter and that is who I wanted to work with.
On the phone he gave me a realistic quote at what it would cost to ship my car. He even provided a screen shot to show what the rates were going at. He had a transporter booked the next day. As an auto broker he did his job in less than 24 hours.
The transporter that took the job was able to deliver my car on time even though the weather delayed pick up for a couple of days. The transporter stayed in contact when he was delivering the day of. I was surprised because I expected delivery to be late due to the pick up being late. I was happy that delivery was stl on time.
Bill provided great, honest customer service. There is a lot of distrust when it comes to working with a broker/transporter, but I found him to be trustworthy. I would definitely use his services again if I need to ship a car.
