I needed to find a company to ship my auto from Boston, Massachusetts to Phoenix, Az. There were so many transportation carriers emailing me and I was not sure which to choose. I reviewed many of these companies and found some unhappy customer reviews. I was apprehensive about leaving my car in the hands of someone without knowing their background. I got a call from Bill from National Transport and he gave me the website to review the companies background and reviews . They had many excellent reviews and happy customers. Bill followed up with me through emails and phone calls to guarantee I would get a carrier for the price I wanted and with a reputable carrier. I told Bill I needed to get my car to Phoenix in no longer than 6 days . He contacted a carrier and put me on a 3 way call with him. After speaking with Ovi, I felt assured he was an honest guy.

Ovi called me a few days before pick-up and asked if I wanted to have the car leave a day earlier and that he could get my car to Phoenix a day early. I was thrilled to hear that and said Yes.
When Ovi arrived in Massachusetts he called me and met at a parking lot. He was a gentleman of quite excellent character and I felt secure that my car was in good hands. Ovi said I needed to remove the bike rack from the top of my car and he took it off for me and upon arrival in Phoenix he replaced it. Ovi called me early Sunday morning and said the car was here 6 hours earlier than expected. I have never experienced such great service anywhere in the business world. I will definitely be calling them again next year when my daughter needs to ship her car for her move out here.
