HORRIBLE! DISHONEST! THIEVES!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! If you are in the market for auto transport use another company. Richard and Corey were VERY diligent in contacting me to obtain my business, explain the process and give me various quotes. They were also easy to contact with questions - in fact they were extremely available. HOWEVER all of this communication happened BEFORE they received my money for deposit.

After they received my money I did not hear a word from them. In fact, I tried calling them for 3 weeks! Finally after calling daily for three weeks someone picked up the phone claiming to be a brother to Richard and stated that the driver was on the other line and that my car would be picked up in a couple of days. Again I waited for my car to be picked up and never heard a word and still do not have my vehicle! I have not been able to get through to this company since they received my deposit except for twice and both times I was assured that my vehicle would be in route shortly. It has been a month since I paid my deposit and NO ONE at this company will return a single phone call.

The people at this company are fast-talking salesmen that tell you whatever you want to hear in order for them to get your money. When it comes time to deliver they simply cut off ALL communication with you and keep your money. I have been waiting for over a month to receive my car and now am forced to use another company to get my car.

In my opinion all of the other reviews were probably posted by friends or family members as I doubt that Transport Central is even a legitimate company. Save your time, money, and frustration by using a reputable business. I wish I had found this website before I did business with a deadbeat company.
