I was very cynical going into this experience having never used a car transport service before. After doing my homework and reading countless reviews on-line for many companies, I sent out a request for quotes and received 10 but one seemed to stand out...TOTAL CAR SHIPPING. They had plenty of reviews, most short and sweet and for each review, the company had posted a "thank you". NONE of the other companies bothered to do that. And of course, the reviews were glowing for TOTAL. Too good to be true? My first contact Daniel was incredible; honest and straghtforward. Not content with his warm and fuzziness, I spoke with the owner about my questions. TOTAL was neither the lowest nor the highest quote but they just felt like the right choice. After that conversation, I was ready to place my order when Daniel alerted me that instead of going with an open carrier, he was in touch with an enclosed carrier who just had a cancellation. I could get my '59 TBird on an enclosed carrier right away for only $1175....DONE! I placed the order. Within 24 hours the pick up was made up North ON TIME with no issues. And just 3 days later my TBird was home, as promised. I spoke directly with the driver and his coordinator along the way. When he was about an hour away we set the exact delivery time. Thanks to Daniel and TOTAL, I was served 100% and beyond. My car was transported in the lap of luxury and arrived as promised. What more could you ask for!? I wholeheartedly recommend TOTAL and especially Daniel. Thanks Daniel!
