Gilbert was our customer service person and he was very good. He quoted the pickup of our 2003 jaguar from Nevada to Illinois. When we needed assistance contacting the driver, Gilbert made the call to the driver and then reported back to us, and in addition e-mailed us the driver's contact information. We feel that Gilbert went far beyond the call of duty in responding to our quesitons and requests.

Alex, the driver, was also very good. He maintained good communication about the pickup time and the delivery time. We felt confident that he knew what he was doing. The car was delivered quickly - It was picked up Wed PM and delivered Sunday PM, with Thanksgiving in there!

After the driver left and I drove the car I noticed that there is a noise coming from the front end when the steering wheel is turned all the way clockwise and counter-clockwise. I immediately called Gilert and left him a message. (It was Sunday and of course Gilbert was not at work.)
Monday morning at 8:45am my time, Gilbert called me to say that he had received the message, was making a note in the record, and gave me instructions what to do. His cooperative attitude was reassuring.

The price we paid for the transport of the car was $795.
