I contacted Gilbert from Total Car Shipping after dealing with another broker for over three weeks that left me hanging on the day my vehicle was to have been shipped. Gilbert took time and explained the concept of trucking brokering with me and I wish I had dealt with them to begin with. They were not the cheapest price and now I know why. It was imparitive that my vehicle be shipped to arrive by a certain time and even though it was very close to being too late and time was very short Gilbert made sure that it happened. My husband and I have been in business for 20+ years being mindful to treat our customers as we want to be treated and it is very apparent that Gilbert has the same high standards in customer service. I am forever grateful for Gilbert and Total Car Shipping and would highly recommend them.
