there was no correspondece from total they changed drivers 3 times left me hanging i finally dealt with driver myself, whom spoke no english i had to get a friend act as an interpretor. The diver was nice but quality of total car shipping was rerrible and they only cared about their commission.I have shipped cars before with no problems but would never use them again. Their custome service skills are invisible.
