Very poor customer service and feedback total car didn't return 4 out of 6 phone calls. The original driver truck (HE NEVER RETURNED PHONE CALLS) broke down and it took two days to find a replacement driver and they never contacted me with new schedule pick up time OR approximate time of delivery. He just showed up out of the blue. Upon delivery the driver refused to drop off my car at the address I listed. Even after I assured him 100 foot tractor trailer trucks (i.e. furniture truck, moving truck and construction trucks) had previously delivery to my neighborhood. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick up vehicle. Good thing I paid for door to door service. I WILL NOT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND PLEASE LET ME REPEAT MYSELF will not and do not recommend this company for your shipping needs. After they charged my credit card customer service and contact went out the window. BUYER BEWARE
