My contact was Kristen, and she was very pleasant, which was nice given the anonymity of dealing with folks on the web. The job was assigned to a driver while I was on hold and, while the vehicle was picked up on the last date for pickup, it was delivered on time, and would have been early if I was available to take the car. The car was delivered dirty, but that is to be expected for an open carrier delivery, and not a problem for me. The price that was quoted to me was in the middle of all quotes, and slightly toward the low side, so I was happy with price and follow up phone calls. Thumbs up for me.
