Lorenzo did an excellent job of making sure I understood the process & making sure I felt comfortable with the arrangements. He even made some other adjustments to accomodate our needs. I'm glad I passed on the other companies who contacted me. Once our agreement was made, Lorenzo quickly put me in touch with the driver (Tom Broome) who also worked very well with me as part of the broker/driver team. I was kept informed every step of the way & received a follow up call from Lorenzo after the shipment was received.
Together, they both made this whole process very painless.

I would suggest to other clients that a little flexibilty can really go a long way towards keeping things going smoothly. as drivers are subject to the same delays & issues that most of us clients encounter.
