I have researching many companies and the reviews have all scared me. I even called one guy and he literally overtalked me and then gave a racist statement when he figured I wasn't an easy prey and hung up on me.
However, asked for a quote from Total Car Shipping.. and talking to Beth was exactly what I needed. He took his time and explained the "whole" process to me and even allowed me to ask questions. I was still a little hesitant, but I told him I would think about it. Well, not even 1 hr later, I called him back and made arrangements for my car to be picked up.
Beth thank you so very much for making this a smooth transaction. Also, the guy that picked up the vehicle, was just as friendly as ever. When I called him (because I was at work and not sure what time he would be in the area) he answered the phone and gave me an estimated time.
Oh my goodness.. I am just happy. The car made it to the destination and my father was there to get the car and he even complimented the driver.
My car was delivered probably in better condition than it was when I gave it to him (joking, no damage).
I will do business with Beth again and I will recommmend all those transporting a vehicle to use this company.
