JC and I talked several times on the phone because I had a very difficult order to fill. The car did not run and it needed to be in a covered carrier. Through each step he reassured me that I would be very happy with the end result and I have to say that I would not hesitate in the least to recommend his "tender, loving, care" attitude to any and all of my friends.
