This is my second vehicle pick-up and delivery and I'm not sure if my original review ever went throught, it was a bit more confusing on-line the last time and Rebate was not received. it was fortunately, with the same wonderful Contact person, Julie Kenyon under Red Carpent originally. This time with Top Notch Transport. Both times, she was thorough, extremely pleasant and communicated frequently on status. I had never have a car delievered before and I was extremely nerviously original getting this car and with so much money across states to my Son in College. Moving a car from Ohio to California originally and that same car back from Ohio to California in good condition and it being a small car, was just wonderfuly to get done. The time frames Julie provided was right on and in both delieveries the Drivers commuicated well and often also, then got the car both days to the destination a day early.

I don't plan to need to do this again, my child is pretty much done with College and his Older brother has his car back... purposes solved and needed, so Thank God for busienss you can still TRUST. If I ever need something ship, I'll find Julie whereever she's at and refer both her, Red Carpet and Top Notch companies.
