Top Notch promised me a price that was too good to be true and it was. I first contacted them the last week in March to have them pick up my and a friends car both leaving form VA Beach going to TX. I was given confirmation the we were in the system, the agreed pick up day came and went and I still had the cars, I kept calling and getting "Were still waiting " witch finally turned into "I don't know why no one has picked up your order." At this point I took matters into my own hands as I was leaving the state on Military orders in a few days I could not drive two cars. I started to call carriers that had given me quotes in the past, they confirmed that there were two different orders listing the same cars to the same remote locations. I promptly called Bill back and was told he was a lunch (not the first time I received that response) I had his coworker cancel the order and booked with a local Carrier. I will NEVER do business with this company again, they made an already stressful situation more stressful.

Chris, I am sorry you feel we lead you wrong on this order to transport your vehicles. Our goal is to first and foremost have our customers vehicles shipped as you ask. We do not make anything if we aren't able to do that. Too often customers believe that aren't doing our best to have their vehicles shipped when expected, but this is not the case. We don't have control of the drivers choices in changing their routes. When they do this, it causes a huge backup of vehicles in one location and not even adding more money would change getting them picked up. At that point there just aren't drivers in that area to do it. As for some company claiming we had you double booked is ridiculous. First off, we would of had to place your order twice and have 2 different order numbers for the same 3 vehicles, which we didn't. We had one for your 2 vehicles and one separate order for your friends vehicle due to both of you paying separately for your shipments. It just so happened they were going to and from the same zip codes, as well as a many number of other customer from different companies. The only reason anyone of the other companies could even suggest the 2 were connected was because both orders had our company name on them. Shame on the companies who lead you to believe we would place all 3 vehicles on 2 separate orders only to screw ourselves out of helping you. Hopefully you are going to be able to have your vehicles shipped. All the best, Top Notch Auto Transport.
