Wow!
What else can we say about the customer experience that we had with Top Notch Auto Transport? We were looking to ship a 2012 Ford Fiesta from Michigan to Florida. Having never used a transport company previously a co-worker suggested getting online quotes.
It only took a few minutes after hitting the "Submit" button that Timothy called (way ahead of others that contacted us). Timothy was very friendly, took the time to explain the entire process and the cost involved. No matter how many questions were asked, he was always patient; and, since we were shipping the vehicle directly from dealer after purchase, he coordinated the pick-up with the Ford salesperson. Timothy also went a step further by keeping in contact with us through delivery of the vehicle and pick-up at its destination. The car arrived on time, intact, and without any damages.
We will definitely use Top Notch Auto Transport again in the future and I would definitely recommend Tim to others!
