The broker was slow to respond with a transporter, they stated 4-5 days for transport and it ended up 6 days with no response from them until I called to see what was going on. The transporter was to pickup the vehicle in the am and didn't show until 4pm. Delivery was very timely with a 21 hr turn around. Vehicle was delivered on time.
Overal I would probably use them again only due to their pricing being some of the lowest. I would have to rate them as average. I would have appreciated someone letting me know what was happening along the way.
