We never shipped a car before. We bought a car at Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ. We called Charlene and she met us shortly after the phone call. She explained how shipping a car worked. The driver was along with her and we went to look at the car. They gave us a quote. The next day Charlene and the driver came to the auction and we went over all the paper work. The driver was very reassuring that he could get the car to our house in Pennsylvania. The car was being picked up on Wednesday. The driver called and said he checked the anti freeze since it was coming to freezing winter temps. He said it was loaded and all was well. The driver called during the trip back across the country. It worked out perfectly that the car was delivered to our home between "winter storms". We could not have had a better experience moving a car across the country. I would recommend this carrier to anyone. In fact, during the rest of the auction, I passed out business cards to the people sitting near us at the auction. Charlene and her driver took care of our car like it was their own. TOP NOTCH SERVICE and A GREAT EXPERIENCE !
