Three main concerns: (1) drivers did not have my delivery address on file which was obviously a concern. In almost every instance I had to call to follow up and confirm that paperwork on file was correct and a clear up any confusion around where the car was being delivered. That is something I expected from the service provider.
(2) I'd made it clear that I wanted the car by a specific date and was assured I had allotted plenty of time for that to happen. It was late a full three days which meant a rental car charge. No attempts were made to reimburse me for this added cost so when booking plan accordingly.
(3) It was not fully disclosed to me as to additional fees for packing personal items in the car. No discussion was had to explain penalties or what that cost would be. Receiving a phone call expecting my car to arrive I was told that I owed more money. The primary service then emailed me wiping their hands of it to create a paper trail as though they had told me about these charges. I would have expected a phone call much earlier and a paperwork detailing potential charges. I learned they charge a minimum of $2 a lb over the estimated weight of the car. In total I incurred $300 dollars of fees on top of the original $1153 quote. (weight/rental car)
Keep in mind you won't know about the extra fees until your delivery date, and since you must pay by money order or check plan accordingly. Very difficult if your delivery date ends up falling on a weekend due to bank hours. Many places charge a fee for money orders and cashier checks over $1000 and most banks over $900 require a payee.

The plus: The car arrived and appeared to be in working condition with no dents/scratches. So your car will get there which is the most important thing, unfortunately I did not appreciate the lack of disclosure or how I was handled by the service providers. Sending me emails and not picking up the phone lacked class!

Scott, I can definitely address your concerns and am happy to hear your vehicle was delivered in great shape! All of the information you provided was documented on the carrier order and he had all the pertinent information, ie addresses, phone numbers, etc. You were emailed an order receipt with the amounts and the terms and conditions. Drivers cannot deliver on a specific date, that is why we give estimates on pick up and delivery. There are many variables that can cause delays in a delivery. The personal items were absolutely discussed as you asked me how much you could put in the vehicle. I told you that we do not recommend putting them in the car but some drivers are licensed to haul personal goods and some also accept a certain weight limit in the trunk. I relayed to you that you could discuss that with the carrier we secured. I was unaware that you PACKED your vehicle until the driver called me himself and told me. I cannot control what the driver will charge for additional weight added to the vehicle that is not originally disclosed. We talked several times and emailed even more so I'm surprised about the communication comment. I responded to every phone call and never received any voicemails from you. I am always here to help and if you need anything, please don't hesitate to call. Thanks for your feedback! -HOLLY 602-539-1330
