overall a good experience. the sales rep holly was ok to set up things but never returned calls back or let me know when they were gonna pcik up my car. the car actually got here to washington state on time as promised by driver. i would recommend going to them but would like a better customer service of communication from the sales rep.. I felt like once they set up the deal , that was it. Other carriers i have tried before actually called back and made sure the experience went well and ask if there was anything else that needed to be done.
