Shipped car from CA to VA. Was super crunched for time on the pick-up side and Felicia got a pick up day scheduled within 20 minutes and called me back. She was very patient and answered all my questions. She also checked back in after the car was picked up to make sure it left on time. Car actually arrived a day before the beginning of the quoted window in VA!
