Extreme neglect, incompetence, criminal

US Air Force Submitted this review about The Car Carrier

As a member of the US Air Force, the cost of our moves are covered by the Air Force. With the exception of a third car. The moving company recommended “The Car Carrier” for safe and inexpensive transport of my wife’s used but very papered BMW Z4. They were late picking the car up but only about 4hrs and it was not “The Car Carrier” that showed up at my door. They subcontracted the transport to “EZLoad”. The driver and I inspected the car and loaded it on the transport without a scratch on it. When we arrived in Colorado 5 days later I was told that they would not be able to get my car to me for 5 days. Two hours before delivery time they called me and said that “vandals” had damaged the car in their lot. They were neither sympathetic nor believable. When my car arrived there were several deep door dings and the back bumper had hole in it. Not a scratch on the convertible top (unusual for a vandal don’t you think). In all, about $6000 in damages which they (The Car Carrier and EZ Load) refused to pay for. Now, on top of all the stresses of moving across the country, I have to hire an attorney to make these companies do what they know is right and pay for the damage they caused. There are bad people in this world and they work for “The carrier and EZ Load”
