I had a very tight window to arrange transportation and the Auto Transport was the first company to provide a price and pick up date that meet my needs. It went DOWNHILLL from there. I called the afternoon of the pick up date only to be told there was a problem and they would call me back.

They never did! I had to call several times to try and find out what was going on and they never once returned my call(s). Last communicaiton I had stated they thought they had a driver but again - no call back to confirm on way or the other! I had somebody wait around all day for NOTHING.

Now that I am asking for a refund on my deposit they have not returned calls or emails. Looks like I get to now work this through my credit card company.

I would NEVER use this company based on their lack of customer service, communication and honesty.
